Terms of use
VPC Receipt Assistant is a private utility maintained by Matt Hunt to help authorised Vantage Point Church cardholders submit expense receipts. Use is limited to people approved by the administrator.
Your responsibilities
Submit receipts you are authorised to process. Confirm the correct cardholder and review the merchant, date, total, GST, campus, description and instructions before sending. AI extraction and speech interpretation can make mistakes. Missing GST must be confirmed from the receipt rather than assumed.
Email submissions
Connecting Gmail authorises the app to send receipt messages from the connected account when you confirm a submission. The configured recipient is shown in the app. A successful submission means the email provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee that accounts has reviewed it, Xero has imported it or an expense has been approved.
If sending is uncertain, check the sending account’s Sent folder before retrying to avoid duplicate submissions. Keep original receipts in line with church accounting requirements.
Availability and access
The app depends on third-party hosting, AI and email services and may be unavailable or require reconnection. Access may be restricted or withdrawn by the administrator. It is an administrative tool and does not replace accounting review or church expense policies.
Privacy and support
Use of the app is subject to the privacy policy. Contact emailmatthunt@gmail.com for support or questions about these terms.
